Special Chicken Recipes

SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN SHRIMP


MATERIALS :
1 chicken breast, mashed150 grams of shrimp, puree50 grams of corn starch1 egg1 tsp salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper2 tsp all-purpose seasoning chicken flavor3 cloves garlic, finely chopped, sauteed1 pineapple, cut according to taste100 grams of peasCooking oil to tasteSAUCE :250 ml of orange juice3 tbsp tomato sauce3 cm ginger , crushed1 tbsp sugar1 tbsp vinegar1 tablespoon cornstarch , dissolved in a little waterHOW TO :
  1. Shrimp chicken balls : Mix chicken and shrimp, stir well. Add to sago flour, eggs, salt, pepper, and seasoning versatile chicken flavor, stir well. Add garlic stir, stir.
  2. Heat oil, take a spoonful of batter - spoon, form balls and fry until golden brown, remove and set aside.
  3. Sauce : Mix orange juice with tomato sauce, ginger, sugar, vinegar and cook,bring to a boil. After boiling, Thicken with cornstarch solution and cook until thickens, add pineapple, carrots, and peas, cook briefly, lift.
  4. Prepare the dish, place the chicken balls shrimp, pour the sauce and filling. Serve warm.

SPICY GRILLED CHICKEN



Ingredients: 1 chicken, cut into 16 pieces
2 tablespoons lime juice and 1 teaspoon salt
3 stalks lemongrass, crushed
3 sheets of orange leaves
2 cm ginger, crushed
2 pieces of pandan leaves
10 tablespoons soy sauce
5 tablespoons cooking oil
Mashed rough:
350 grams of large green chili
15 pieces of green chili
10 grains of red onion
5 cloves of garlic
2 tsp salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon all-purpose seasoning chicken flavor
2 tsp lemon juice
 

How to make;
 

  1. Wash chicken thoroughly, coat with lime juice and salt, let stand for 10 minute wash again, drain.
  2. Grilled chicken over coals, after being cooked, crushed, set aside.
  3. Heat oil and saute seasoning mashed with lemon grass, lime leaves, ginger and leaves until fragrant pandan. Enter the sweet taste of soy sauce, stir well. Cook until seasoning pervasive.

Soy Sauce Chicken Wrap 

MATERIALS :2 boneless chicken breasts100 gr chicken meat , mashed100 grams of minced shrimp1 clove garlic , minced , sauteed1 egg yolk2 tbsp corn starch1/2 tsp salt , 1/2 teaspoon pepper1 tsp sugar1 egg white100 grams of bread floursauce :1 tablespoon margarine2 cloves of garlic , crushed4 tablespoons soy sauce1 tbsp liquid seasoning versatile pelezat1 tsp soy sauce english1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper50 ml of water3 tbsp peas
HOW TO :

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into two parts flat.
  2. Mix the minced chicken and shrimp, stir well. Add sauteed onion white, egg yolk, corn starch, salt, epper, and sugar and stir well. Divide the dough into two parts.
  3. Take one piece of chicken breast, basting with one portion of dough fish. Dip into egg white then coat with bread crumbs, set aside.
  4. Heat oil , fry chicken until browned, remove from heat.
  5. Sauce : heat 1 tbsp oil to fry the rest, add the margarine, stir-fry garlic until fragrant. Enter soy sauce, seasoning pelezat versatile liquid, soy sauce english, salt, pepper powder, and water, then bring to a boil.
  6. Enter the peas, cook briefly, lift.
  7. Pour the sauce over the fried chicken and serve warm with white rice.
