Daging Sapi Masak Saus Tiram By INDOSIAR

 
BAHAN:
500 gr daging sapi has dalam, iris memotong serat
2 sdm minyak goreng
1 sdt minyak wijen
5 siung bawang putih, cincang
1 bawang bombay, iris
2 batang daun bawang, iris serong
1 sdm saus tiram
2 sdm Kecap manis
Rendaman:
2 sdm kecap asin
1/2 sdt baking powder
1 sdt gula pasir
1 sdt kaldu bubuk rasa sapi
2 sdm tepung sagu
Pelengkap: daun ketumbar
CARA MEMBUAT:
1. Rendaman: campur semua bahan Jadi satu, lumuri daging dengan bumbu hingga
merata, diamkan selama 15 menit.
2. Panaskan sedikit minyak sisa menggoreng dengan minyak wijen, tumis bawang
putih dan bawang bombay hingga harum. Masukkan daging bersama
rendamannya, saus tiram, dan Kecap manis. Tambahkan daun bawang, masak
hingga daging lunak, angkat.
3. Sajikan hangat dengan nasi putih.
Untuk: 4 orang



Iiris Masak Lada Hitam
 
BAHAN:
300 gram daging sapi has dalam, potong menurut selera
1 sdt garam, 1/2 sdt merica bubuk
2 sdm tepung maizena
SAUS:
2 sdm minyak goreng
1/2 buah bawang bombay, porong-potong
2 cm jahe, memarkan
3 sdm saus tiram
2 sdm saus tomat
2 sdm tausi
3 sdm KECAP BANGO rasa manis
1 buah paprika hijau, potong-potong
1 buah paprika merah, potong-potong
2 batang wortel, iris serong
50 ml air
2 sdm merica hitam butiran, memarkan
CARA MEMBUAT:
1. Lumuri daging sapi dengan garam, merica, dan tepung maizena, diamkan selama
15 menit.
2. Panaskan minyak goreng, tumis bawang bombay hingga harum. Masukkan jahe,
daging sapi, saus tiram, tausi, saus tomat, dan KECAP BANGO rasa manis,
masak hingga daging matang.
3. Masukkan paprika hijau, merah, wortel, dan air, masak hingga sayuran matang,
tambahkan merica hitam, aduk rata, angkat.
4. Sajikan hangat dengan nasi putih.
Untuk: 4 orang



Daging Iris Cah Sayuran

BAHAN:
200 gr daging sapi has dalam, iris memotong serat
1 putih telur
3 sdm tepung sagu
3 sdm minyak goreng
3 siung bawang putih, cincang kasar
2 cm jahe, iris
2 sdm saus tiram
1 sdm kecap manis
1 sdt garam dan 1/2 sdt merica bubuk
100 ml air
1 ikat bokcoy, iris
2 batang seledri besar, potong
CARA MEMBUAT:
1. Celupkan irisan daging sapi ke dalam putih telur, lalu lumuri dengan tepung sagu,
sisihkan.
2. Panaskan minyak goreng, tumis bawang putih dan jahe sampai layu, masukkan
daging dan goreng hingga matang.
3. Masukkan air, saus tiram, kecap manis, garam, dan merica, aduk rata. Masak
sampai daging lunak.
4. Tambahkan bokcoy dan batang seledri, masak sebentar, angkat. Sajikan hangat.
Untuk: 4 orang



Ceker Ayam Asam Manis

BAHAN:
16 ceker ayam, cuci bersih, potong-potong
150 gr jamur kancing, iris
1 liter air
6 cabai merah besar, potong-potong
8 cabai hijau besar, potong-potong
10 cabai rawit merah
2 batang serai, memarkan
2 cm lengkuas, memarkan
3 lembar daun salam
5 lembar daun jeruk
2 buah tomat segar
5 sdm kecap manis
1 sdt garam, 1/2 sdt merica bubuk
1 sdt kaldu instan rasa ayam
Haluskan:
10 butir bawang merah
5 siung bawang putih
1/2 sdt terasi matang
Taburan: Daun kemangi secukupnya
CARA MEMBUAT:
1. Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus, cabai merah, cabai hijau, lengkuas, daun
salam, dan daun jeruk hingga harum.
2. Masukkan ceker ayam, kecap manis, garam, merica, dan air, masak hingga ceker
lunak.
3. Masukkan Kaldu instan rasa ayam, jamur, potongan tomat, dan kemangi, masak
sebentar,angkat.
4. Sajikan hangat dengan nasi putih.

Farfalle Brokoli Saus Keju

Bahan :
250 gram Farfalle atau pasta bentuk pita rebus matang
200 gram brokoli, pontong menurut kuntumnya
3 batang sosis sapi, potong serong
Saus :
1 sdm mentega
1 buah bawang bombay, cincang
2 sdm tepung terigu
500 ml susu cair
50 gram keju parut
1 sdt garam dan 1/2 sdt merica bubuk
2 sdt kaldu instant rasa ayam
Taburan :
1 sdm peterseli cincang
Cara membuat :
1. Rebus farfalle hingga matang, tiriskan.
2. Cuci bersih brokoli, tiriskan.
3. Panaskan mentega, tumis bawang bombay hingga harum. Masukan tepung terigu,
tambahkan susu cair, keju, garam dan merica bubuk, aduk rata. tambahkan kaldu
instan rasa ayam dan sosis sapi, aduk rata.
4. Masukan farfalle, aduk rata. Angkat.
5. Siapkan pinggan, taburi peterseli cincang, sajikan hangat.
Untuk : 4 orang


Fettucini Saus Tomat Kacang Merah

BAHAN:
250 gram fettucini, rebus matang
250 gram kacang merah, rebus matang
1 sdm peterseli cincang
Saus:
1 sdm margarin
1 buah bawang bombay, iris
5 siung bawang putih, cincang
250 gram daging sapi has dalam, iris bentuk korek api
50 gram saus tomat
3 sdm Kecap manis
1 sdt garam dan 1/2 sdt merica bubuk
3 sdm saus cabai botolan
150 gram kacang merah matang
1 buah paprika hijau, potong menurut selera
Taburan: 1 sdm peterseli cincang
CARA MEMBUAT:
1. Panaskan margarin, tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih hingga harum,
masukkan irisan daging, masak hingga berubah warna.
2. Masukkan saus tomat, kecap manis, garam, merica, saus cabai, kacang merah,
masak hingga bumbu merata.
3. Siapkan pinggan, taruh fettucini matang, tuangkan sausnya lalu taburi dengan
peterseli cincang.
4. Sajikan hangat.
Untuk: 4 orang


Chicken Enchiladas

BAHAN:
Ayam panggang:
1 ekor ayam, potong 2 bagian, lalu panggang
2 sdm minyak goreng, 6 sdm kecap BANGO rasa manis, 2 sdm madu
Saus:
2 sdm minyak zaitun
1 buah bawang bombay, cincang
3 siung bawang putih, cincang
3 buah cabai merah besar
3 buah cabai hijau besar
200 ml kaldu
500 gram tomat, blender, lalu rebus hingga mengental
1 sdt garam dan 1/2 sdt merica bubuk
6 buah tortilla, panaskan
150 gram keju cheddar, parut
CARA MEMBUAT:
1. Ayam panggang: buat rendaman ayam, campur minyak goreng, kecap BANGO
rasa manis, dan madu, diamkan selama 15 menit. Panggang ayam hingga matang,
suwir-suwir.
2. Buang biji cabai merah dan cabai hijau, lalu cincang.
3. Saus: panaskan minyak, tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih hingga harum.
Masukkan cabai cincang, kaldu, tomat pure, garam, dan merica bubuk, masak
hingga mengental, angkat.
4. Siapkan pinggan tahan panas, ambil tortilla, isi dengan suwiran ayam panggang
dan keju, lalu gulung. Tuangkan saus di atas tortilla, taburi keju lalu panggang
selama 20 menit, angkat. Sajikan.
Untuk: 4 orang


Chicken Fajitas

BAHAN:
2 dada ayam tanpa tulang, potong menurut selera
50 ml minyak zaitun
2 sdm air jeruk nipis
5 siung bawang putih, cincang
1 buah bawang bombay, iris
1 sdt garam dan 1/2 sdt merica bubuk
3 buah cabai merah besar, potong serong
1 buah paprika merah, iris bentuk korek api
6 buah tortilla
Saus tomato salsa:
8 buah tomat segar
1 sdt jintan
1 sdm minyak zaitun
1 buah bawang bombay, cincang
3 siung bawang putih, cincang
1 sdt ROYCO rasa ayam
50 ml air
2 sdm wine vinegar/cuka anggur
1 sdt garam, 1/2 sdt merica bubuk
1 sdm pasta tomat
Olesan: yoghurt dan advokat yang dihaluskan/diiris
CARA MEMBUAT:
1. Lumuri daging ayam dengan minyak zaitun, air jeruk nipis, bawang bombay, dan
bawang putih, diamkan selama 30 menit, sisihkan.
2. Saus tomato salsa: celupkan tomat segar dalam air panas sebentar, kemudian
masukkan dalam air es dan buang bijinya, lalu potong dadu, sisihkan. Panaskan
wajan, masukkan jintan hingga bau harum. Masukkan minyak zaitun, tumis
bawang bombay dan bawang putih hingga harum, tambahkan ROYCO rasa ayam,
merica, garam, dan air, pasta tomat, dan potongan tomat, gunakan api kecil.
Masak hingga mengental.
3. Panaskan minyak zaitun, masukkan ayam bersama rendamannya, tambahkan
garam dan merica bubuk, masak hingga matang. Masukkan cabai merah, paprika
merah, dan paprika kuning, masak sebentar, angkat.
4. Penyajian: taruh tortilla yang telah dipanaskan dalam pinggan, olesi dengan
yoghurt, lalu tata advokat dan ayam. Kemudian gulung, sajikan bersama saus
tomato salsa.

Calzone

Bahan :
Dasar :
500 gram tepung terigu, ayak
1 sdt ragi instant
2 sdm gula pasir
1/2 sdt garam
200 ml air
50 ml minya selada
Isi :
1 sdm margarin
3 sdm bawang bombay, cincang
5 siung bawang putih, cincang
3 sdm pasta tomat
8 sdm saus tomat
1 sdt garam, 1/2 sdt merica bubuk, 1 sdm gula pasir
1 sdt oreganobubuk
2 lembar daging asap, iris
50 gram jamur kancing
2 buah sosis sapi
1 buah tomatsegar, iris
1 paprika hijau
50 gram keju cheddar, parut
Cara membuat :
1. Dasar: campur terigu dengan ragi instant, gula pasir, garam aduk rata, masukkan
air, uleni, tambahkan minyak selada dan terus uleni hingga kalis, diamkan selama
30 menit.
2. Isi: panaskan magarin, tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih hingga harum,
masukan pasta tomat, saus tomat, garam, merica bubuk, gula pasir , oregano
bubuk, masak sebentar, angkat.
3. Penyelesaian : pipihkan adonan hingga setebal 0,5 cm, tarih dalam loyang pizza
ukuran 22 cm, isi setengah bagian adonan dengan isian saus, taburi dengan daging
asap, sosis, jamur kancing, tomat, paprika dan keju Cheddar. lipat seperti pastel,
panggang dalam oven dengan temperatur 175 derajt celcius selama 30 menit atau
hingga matang.

Beef Roll Spesial

Bahan :
Kulit : Setengah adonan puff pastry
isi :
500 gram daging sapi cincang
1 buah bawang bombay cincang
2 sdm tepung roti
1 butir telur
2 sdt garam dan 1/2 sdt merica bubuk
1 sdt kaldu bubuk rasa sapi
1 sdt pala bubuk
4 butir telur rebus matang
4 sosis sapi
Olesan : Kuning telur kocok dengan sdt air
Cara membuat :
1. Panaskan oven dengan temperatur 180 derajat celsius
2. Isi : campur daging sapi dengan bawang bombay, tepunf roti, telur, garam,
merica, kecap manis, kaldu bubuk, dan pala bubuk, aduk rata.
3. Penyelesaian : Pipihkan adonan dengan tebal 0,5 cm. potong dengan lebar 15 cm,
panjang 20 cm. Isi dengan adonan secukupnya, tambahkan, tata sosis da telur.
Susun dua adonan dengan ukuran yang sama. taruh dalam loyang yang telah
diolesi dengan sedikit margarine.
4. Olesi adonan dengan kuning telur dan diamkan selama 15 menit.
5. Panggang selama 20 menit hingga matang coklat keemasan. angkat.

If you have at least USD 1,000 or equivalent to Rp 9.2 million, you can enjoy a taste of the Golden Opulence Sundae. But, would you be daring enough to dish about USD1.65 million for cake? Even better…could you afford it without having a nice overdraft fee in your bank account? Probably not; however, one pastry chef in Tokyo decided that his cake was worth this exorbitant amount of money. The chef decided to auction off the cake on Christmas Day at an exhibit entitled Diamonds: Nature’s Miracle. The chef took about 6 months to design the cake and an entire month to finish it and have it ready to be sold. 223 small diamonds are located throughout the exterior of the cake. Except for the diamonds, the rest of the cake is fully edible. This seems like a nice gift for your wife. “Here honey, have your cake and eat it too, just watch for all the diamonds”. But what woman doesn’t like diamonds, even if they are half-way covered in icing and not set in gold? 


Butter a 9 inch tube pan, line with wax paper and then butter the wax paper. Sift flour and soda, set aside. Combine eggs, mincemeat, milk, nuts and fruit. Fold in dry ingredients and pour into pan. Bake slowly at 300 degrees for 2 hours. Cool, turn out, remove paper and decorate with nuts and cherries.

Serve with Wilted Tomatoes: Heat 1 teaspoon olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 pints grape tomatoes, and sauté for 3 minutes or until skins begin to burst. Stir in 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar, 1⁄8 teaspoon salt, and 1⁄8 teaspoon black pepper..








Cincinnati Turkey Chili

Serve with Jack-Corn Muffins: Combine 1 (8.5-ounce) package corn muffin mix, ½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeño peppers, ½ cup corn kernels, 1⁄3 cup 1% low-fat milk, and 1 large egg. Divide batter evenly among 8 muffin cups coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400° for 16 minutes or until browned.

 

 

Roast Chicken with Balsamic Bell Peppers

Serve with Mascarpone Mashed Potatoes: Place 1 1/2 pounds cubed peeled Yukon gold potatoes in a large saucepan; cover with ­water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and ­simmer 15 minutes or until tender. Drain; return to pan. Add 1⁄3 cup 2% milk, 3 tablespoons mascarpone cheese, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Mash to desired consistency.
